STANDARD DELIVERY
Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 3-8 working days, depending on the final destination. Outskirt area may take longer time. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.
We may use variety of carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address. Promise you of safe shipping and right items. These include: SPC Worldwide Express, Pos Malaysia, Flash, DHL Express, J&T, Gdex for local orders and Fedex, Aramex for international order. The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the orders are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number in our system for tracking online immediately. If you did not receive shipping tracking number, please email to us at [email protected].
LATE DELIVERIES
If you have not received your order within the stipulated delivery time period, please contact us for clarification.
CUSTOM FEES, IMPORT DUTIES AND TARIFFS
International shipments may be subjected to additional custom fees and duties. We do not pre-bill any import duties, customs fees or tariffs imposed by various government on the product. Import duties and taxes may be applied to certain countries and varies from country to country. In the event that customs fees is incurred for customs clearance or import sales tax is levied on deliveries, the charges shall be borne by the customer.
It is recommended that the customers clarify with their respective local customs laws and regulations to avoid any interference with the shipment of their orders.
We will mark all parcels shipped as 'Gift' or 'Samples' to help customers reduce the chances of having to pay additional fees as a result of customs fees, import duties or tariffs levied on the parcel.
