Refund is applicable if the product is out of stocks or overpayments.
Kindly reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery with details and pictures of the damage. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation and we will refund back to original payment method.
